Master Distiller Jaime Villalobos Sauza: 5 generations of knowledge, with a commitment to tradition. Jaime is a Certified Tequila Catador who brings the skilled palate of a sommelier to his work, as previous President of ONSOM: Organization of sommeliers of México.
